getting all the food hot and ready at the same time This is always tough no matter what! I sometimes like to make myself toast, poached eggs, sautéed tomatoes, and tea, and it’s always a juggling game.
If I could do dairy I would absolutely love to try that ice cream! It sounds delicious.
I’m odd about seasonings; I usually only pick one or two per dish (plus salt and pepper or sugar), but I’m very fussy about them needing to be very fresh (i.e. garden basil dried at home). Nothing spoils a dish for me like an excess of “dusty” spices (learned through trial and error). 😂 I also can’t do onions or garlic anymore, but even just sautéing what can be sautéed in oil (with spices) will improve a dish immensely.
